APEX is the designation of top University in Malaysia...my current university ACCIDENTLY grab it from UM last year...
After with the name of APEX, we feel not big changes occur in our campus until the day we checked the result for hostel...
Most of us DITOLAK!!!
Is it the first mission after getting the APEX???
Make undergraduate local students become homeless???wana let them stay under the bridges if they cant find a house to stay???
What's went wrong with the system???
